Doorterm Privacy Policy

Doorterm is property-management software operated by SLIKSOFT LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy describes what information we collect through the Doorterm application and messaging service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — property manager name, email, and company name.
• Tenant information — name, mobile phone number, unit and property address, and lease documents, provided by the property manager to operate the service.
• Messages — the contents of conversations between tenants and their property management, used to provide the communication service and generate responses.

How we use information

We use this information solely to operate the service: delivering messages between tenants and property management, answering tenant questions based on the applicable lease and property policies, tracking rent status, and generating notices for property manager review. We do not sell personal information. No mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data are shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS messaging

Tenants consent to receive SMS messages as part of their lease agreement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our SMS terms and opt-in policy.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers to operate the service (hosting, database, SMS delivery, and AI processing). These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

Data retention

Account and conversation data are retained while the account is active. Property managers may request deletion of their account and associated tenant data at any time.
