Doorterm is property-management software operated by SLIKSOFT LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Doorterm application or communicating with a property manager through the Doorterm messaging service, you agree to these terms.
Doorterm provides communication and administration tools for independent property managers: AI-assisted tenant messaging grounded in the applicable lease and property policies, rent tracking and reminders, and document preparation for property manager review. Responses generated by the service are provided on behalf of the property management and are subject to review and control by the property manager.
Doorterm is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents prepared by the service (including notices) are templates for the property manager’s review; the property manager is responsible for their accuracy and for compliance with applicable landlord-tenant law, including notice service requirements, which vary by state.
Tenants consent to receive SMS messages as part of their lease agreement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Details: SMS terms and opt-in policy.
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, harassment, marketing to recipients without consent, or any messaging that violates carrier or CTIA guidelines.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLIKSOFT LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
