SMS consent form — Doorterm resident portal

This is the digital opt-in form shown to every tenant inside their private resident portal at app.doorterm.com/t/<tenant-token>. Tenants must check the box and submit before Door Term Property Management sends them any text message. Consent is stored with a timestamp against the tenant record, and can be withdrawn from the same screen or by replying STOP.

Opt-in workflow

A tenant signs a lease with a property manager using Doorterm and provides their mobile number.
The property manager sends the tenant their private resident portal link.
In the portal, the tenant sees the consent form shown above and checks the box to opt in. No messages are sent before this consent is recorded.
Consent is stored with a timestamp. The tenant can uncheck the box at any time, or reply STOP to any message, to opt out.
